BOTW. Just finished the game and loved the experience from start to finish.

Breath of the Wild

Zelda stands alone.

Super Mario Odyssey, It starts great, by New Donk City is fantastic and by the end, it becomes the most epic, insanely creative and charming adventure of the plumber and one of the, if not, the best game I have ever played. 

And then the post game, holy shit the post game.

Still BotW. Haven't played too much of Odyssey yet. Spla2n and A Hat in Time were great. And Samus Returns was good. But none of those are close to how much I loved BotW. Might buy a few more games from 2017 during the holidays, but I don't think my opinion will change (tho again, I haven't played too much of Odyssey. But I generally like Zelda more than Mario...)

Still Nier Automata, the only game left to play that might take the spot is samus returns but we'll see.

Between horizon and cuphead, but gotta be Horizon.
