Forum side of the page, it's what the site usage has derived into.

A +1/like button implementation would be nice.
Possibility for mods to merge duplicate threads into one (instead of locking them).

I've been thinking about this one myself, for awhile - there have been many times I've read through a thread where I'd rather "thumb up" somebody, instead of writing my own response...

I'd vote for the forums also. Doing it piece by piece seems like a good idea but I wonder if it'll be strange to hop from one design to another as we change sections. (Come to think of it, it already does that with the forums being in a different frame as the news/articles/charts section)
