Wtf happened to this thread?

Can you really arrest someone on the grounds of an accusation from a single person? Shouldn't there be an investigation BEFORE you get an arrest warrant?

Or are these steps skipped because he's a rich black guy?

Well, they took him down to the station but no charges were actually filed according to what he says, so they let him go for now. It's pending further investigation.

They ususally come from violent backgrounds in the streets. Of course, not all of them. Its a crude generalisation. But enough to not be surprised when they are involved in violence stories.

This post is so confusing. You're saying in one breath that you should kill your victims after rape, and in the next saying this is all the fault of "Trump's America". What is even going on when you put your fingers to the keys?

Well, he was most likely taken in for questioning. However, if charges are filed, he would be arrested. Which I agree, is backwards. Personally, I think it's done so the county/state can make money off of bonds. 

I'm assuming he was being sarcastic. But, who knows anymore. 

Crazy. I was just talking shit about Nelly the other day in another thread.  Thought he dropped off the face of the earth but I guess he went to R&B love pop songs for teenage girls.  Now that's a true gangster.

False accusations should be punished no matter who is accused. But I will let that to the judges and the investigatiors. If she was indeed raped the rapist should be locked up for 10 years, preferably without ever being able to get it up.

I don't want to believe this. Will await to hear more.
