i don't know if ive refused to play a game but i was less open minded to them for sure.

back when i had an n64, i had little love for the ps1 and when i had a ps2, i could have cared less about the xbox.

however, that all changed like 3 years ago when i decided that all companies (sony, MS, nintendo, or whoever) are all in it for the money and im up for showing any console love if they got the games.

I've refused to play Bioshock eventhough I've wanted to becaue it's on the Xbox360. I doubt I'll ever play that game unless it goes multiplat.

I've refused to play games because they weren't released on the system I own. Does that count?

I haven't played Mass Effect because I don't have an XBox360, not because it's on the "enemy" system. I really, really want to play it though. Exclusive games FTL . I won't be playing Ninja Gaiden 2 for the same reason.

And no, I don't hate Microsoft, or the XBox360, and it's not that I don't have cash. It's just that gaming is a hobby for me, and I don't feel like spending $1000+ to get every system just to play every game I want to.

no way - if a really good game is out for a different system, then I may try it out
