GT 5 P i repeat is a demo, a demo wait for the full game GT 5. BTW racing games are so boring you drive around a track lap after lap. Arcade racers like Need for Speed and Burnout games receive lower scores but are more fun to play than racing sims like GT and Forza.

Ok the UK market is different to the US market where people will buy the cheaper console for the same GTA 4 experience.

ROTFL :) this game have more stuff then NFS PS and have more fun.

 A demo better than a full game? Its all a matter of personal opinion. Burnout paradise City in my opinion is the best racer out and is more appealing to me

Rock_on_2008 you really think GT5p is gonna do horrible in NA dont you..

@Pooper Scooper GT 5 P will sell well in the USA around a million in the US. I said I personally do not like real-life racing simulations much ie GT and Forza I prefer the arcade racing games they are more fun for me to play.

The GT racing sims do sell incredibly well worldwide.

wow at the ps3 pre orders, i work in gamestation and wow. i say the pre order list for ps3 is 4-1 than the 360 version

People wonder why MS payed 50 Million for the extra DL content. They will make that money back easy plus more with interest. WHy spend 50 million on a new game that may or may not make that money back when you have 100% chance of success with the series that dominated the previous generation.

@mrstickball

However, from an objective standpoint, there have been multiple X360 releases that have been far greater than comparible PS3 debuts thus far, so this retailer, like many, are "more" used to the hype and sales for 360 games - Halo 3 inindated the retailers to shock-purchasing (ie, huge sales upfront for a given game), whereas PS3 sales have been gradual, due to such a small, but growing userbase.

If you mean by "far greater releases" games that sold more in absolute units than it's true, X360 had more "big releses". But if you mean units sold compared to userbase and there is no good games on PS3 than it's not really true.
X360 had Halo 3 and PS3 really didn't have anything comparable to it. But this is one game. Other biggest X360 titles are Call of Duty 4, AC and Vegas 2 which are also avalible on PS3. So PS3 had few quite big game and however they aren't as big as X360 counterparts the ratios for GTA4 openning vs (for example) CoD4 openning for both platform shouldn't be that much different (of course PS3' faster userbase growt will have an effect).

it's unlikly they will get their money back for this.

Even if they get 100% of the 15 mil users last generation they still need 100% of those 15mil to download 100% of the content at probablly about 5 dollars each (2.50 to R* 2.50 to MS).

 I would expect the price of the DLC to be $20 to $30 for each one in the US. I'm pretty sure other countries pay more for stuff off of the MS store.  I'm not sure the price of MS points in the US but where i live In Canada they cost $40 for 2800points, then you have 13% tax on top of that.

I expect the DLC to be that much also. I was just saying that 15mil people have to buy the game for 360. 15mil people have to download BOTH versions of DLC and both of the DLC has to be AT LEAST 5 dollars each. In order for MS to get its money back.
