When you can play a version of FIFA that is tangiably close to the console experience for the first time on an airplane without looking like an idiot and even set the game down on the plane tray and play with a full featured controller if you want ... it does say a lot.
Switch's appeal is there, it allows for gaming on a scale anywhere that before was locked into a bedroom or living room.
The appeal of it is even stronger than I expected, and I predicted the hybrid concept months before it was even unveiled. When you have one in your house and you realize the flexibility in how you can play, it is really a cool feeling. It also helps that the hardware looks like something Batman might use instead of something from Fisher Price.
