That's a load of money for 3 year old games (except Spirit of Sanada).
Talking about Spirit of Sanada, the guy on the boxart has a very female look. Just remove the beard and....

Uh, why you think that Samurai Warriors and Sengoku Basara have such huge female fan bases.

All old ports?Well, I guess its nice, but Koei should bring the new ones, such as Dinasty Warriors 9

They're "testing the waters", by releasing games that less people would want over the ones that more people would

Oh yeah, forgot about this brilliant strategy XD

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

WO3U was also on Wii U.

I was going to point this out as well, but Warriors Orochi 3 on Wii U was called "Hyper".  Apparently, "Ultimate" came out later and added a Gauntlet mode that let you battle with 5 characters as opposed to the 3 that were allowed in Hyper's Duel mode.  Also, more characters, stories, and stages were added to Ultimate that were not present in Hyper:

Ultimate adds a new Gauntlet Mode, where players can set a party of five characters instead of three.

New characters are also added, including Mae Tamamo, Yinglong, a younger incarnation of Nezha, Kyūbi no Kitsune, Hundun, Kasumi from the Dead or Alive series,[17] Sterkenburg Cranach from Atelier Arland series, and Sophitia Alexandra from the Soul series. The game expands on the original game's story by adding two new stories: "The Tale of the Latter Day", which takes place after the defeat of Hydra in the original game, and "The Tale of the Former Day", which is a side story that explains Orochi's origins as well as his secret with Da Ji.[12] New stages are also added, including side stories to expand on the characters not prominently featured in the main story, alternative events on specific stages, and the chance to play stages through the enemy's perspective.

For me, it's enough editions to want to get Ultimate when it realeases on Switch even after already having Hyper on Wii U.

lol. Great, now I can't un-see that

I remember wanting to play the Wii U one due to the exclusive battle mode it had. It was basically a one on one 2.5D fighting game like Street Fighter, build in into an already large game.

Outside of that though.... The regular "musuo" gameplay seems rather tedious for someone who plays solo 98% of the time.

3 Warriors games on the same day? Not sure I see the thought process that went into that, but what ever. I hope some of them come to the west, we need as wide of a range of library as we can get. But I must admit, I don't have much interest in any of these 3 games. But I do hope that the sales are high from these three and it convinces KT to port the upcoming Dynasty Warriors.

Considering localization for at least two, possible all three, of those titles is already done (at least to the extent KT is willing to do), it shouldn't take much effort to bring them to the west as well. That said, maybe not because there might not be much market for them here.
