This happens all the time, if you start to look at the database lots of games have no week to week numbers for Europe.

wait I'm confused, why is it that certain games in Europe can be tracked while others such as hot shots golf can't?

Maybe because you can't track it if you receive no data for it. So if you want more games tracked, then get off your ass and tell your retailer to send their data to VGC.
