So after 3 weeks splatoon has an attache rate of 66%, that is mental. Also mario kart port deluxe at around 50% and zelda 45%, third parties don't have a hope in hell on this system, lol.

Switch is definitely driven more by specific core Nintendo IP.
It reminds me a bit of the N64 early on.
Also while 1,2 Switch (around 220k) and ARMS (around 185k) have done ok ... it does show that motion centric games are not really having that big of an overall impact on the Switch. In Japan it looks like Nintendo Land has a good chance of outselling both of these games (remember Nintendo Land like Wii Sports was sold seperately in Japan).
People want those big main line Nintendo IP. Granted Bomberman has done pretty well for itself and Ultra SF2 did well globally, so I think that shows nostalgia also does well on the Switch, likely because of its older userbase. Switch is going to be interesting, I don't think it's going to behave quite like how one might expect a Nintendo console in certain situations. It's very much its own beast.
