If you take a look at the previous voting round, the results are quite close, from 2nd to 6th, so I don't think it will be exactly the case

EDIT: In making this list, I was surprised at how much "slog" came into play when deciding what made the cut. "Slog" being the junk you have to get through in order to get to the fun stuff.

e.g., Skyward Sword = high slog, medium fun. Easily last place

Wind Waker = high slog, high fun. Worthy of consideration, but just misses the cut.

The only game in my top 5 with anything that I'd consider slog, is Twilight Princess. If those opening couple of hours were a bit snappier, it'd be in contension for my favorite game of all time.
