Maybe he sghould start getting 2000 and more then to carry his team?

I have no idea what points in Splatoon mean. I only know that in RL they mean shit and noobs still use them to justify how "good" they are.

Having a lot of shots on goal means nothing if they never equate to an actual goal but they still net you points... this is basically the same thing. You can get a lot of points for painting the ground in Splatoon but if you never kill the other team they are just gonna paint right back over it. Thats why somebody with 800 points who also gets kills is more useful than that guy who scored 1200 points and got no kills.

Thought so. It's a team game after all. Maybe getting many points is just a symptom of playing not optimally as a team.

How many kills do you get? Painting is not everything in Splatoon 2'

Okay Splatoon 2 is a frustrating game when you get partnered with the poor skilled teammates all the time. Here I am getting over 1500p in EVERY match while the 2nd best player on my team gets a little over 700p LIKE WHY?? I PLAY TO HAVE FUN AND WIN, NOT BABYSIT AND CARRY AWFUL SPLATOON 2 PLAYERS. This isn't the first time this happened, I also got the noob players on the first Splatoon game (I wrote a thread EXACTLY like this one last year about it)

I have dozons of screenshots to prove this. I get more p than the winning team players. Does Nintendo do this on purpose or what?  Like Splatoon 2 has other problems like when you first start the open they FORCE you to read that boring japenese inspired intro to the current stages, and lack of voicechat (NORMAL VOICECHAT)  but the this problem is by far the worst. It's like they take my skills and pair me up to the new/poor skilled players.

Besides the problems, this game is fun but this just really gets me angry just like the first Splatoon game did.

Painting the map isn't the only way to win Turf War. Splatting enemies keeps them from painting the map. Do you have a high splat ratio too?

Well play for fun and not win.
And is quite common for the good player on a very bad team to score over the first place on the winning team because of the spread of kills.

2,000 is almost impossible. You really can't ask for people to do better than 1,500.

I don't play Splatoon, but in general in online team games I don't mind playing with noobs, I loathe playing with ragers and trolls (intentionally help the enemy).

This.

I haven't seen too many in Splatoon 2 that I have played but you get those mysterious drops in matches or players that either aren't helping and doing stupid junk like the 'squid party' prank where all they do is transform back and forth or say 'Booyah'. Hate those guys and hackers.
