I had to lol at Fable, Streets of Rage, and Pac Man being choices. Maybe Pac Man should be on the list, but I'm not sure. Pac Man just isn't fun after 30 years. It's like putting Super Mario Galaxy and Pitfall in the same poll. One was good for it's time but is now drastically outdated. The other one is a classic that redefined it's own genre.

I wanted to put in some true classics this time. Pac-Man put video games on the map and Streets of Rage is probably the best side scrolling "beat em up" ever made.

Agreed. The 16-bit era was the golden age of video games. The Sega Genesis had awesome classics too.

Ah man...making me choose between A Link to the Past and Super Metroid. That's a real tough one.

In the end...I'm a bigger Zelda fan than a Metroid fan, so LttP takes it for me.
