Forums - Nintendo - Fire Emblem Heroes has generated over $100 million so far

New data provided by Sensor Tower offers new insight into the performance of Fire Emblem Heroes, which launched in February. The game seems to have done pretty well for itself so far.

Fire Emblem Heroes has been downloaded over ten million times worldwide across iOS and Android. The more interesting stat reveals that Nintendo has generated over $100 million from the game. $61.5 million is from iOS while another $53.4 million is from Android users.

Fire Emblem Heroes has been downloaded primarily by Japanese users, who make up 66 percent of the game’s userbase. The United States is next at 24 percent, followed by Canada at 6 percent.

Hm... they're still selling Conquest and Birthright at 40$. So does this mean that Fates as a whole is about at 100$ million as well? Because it probably sold around 2.5 million, maybe not including the DLC.

Either way, this is exciting, but i'm glad(or at least hopeful) it doesn't completely outshadow FE's regular sales numbers

Who would actually pay money for the heroes crap? I am a huge fan of fire emblem games, but heroes is basically the definition of bad mobile game...

Holy Shit Japan.

I played Heroes, it was enjoyable and somewhat addicting, but like most mobile games, it got to a point where you can't really do anything unless you wish to spend loads of money.

Wow, that is a fantastic amount. That money and all the advertisement will surely help the series grow. How much as Mario Run done, to compare the two business models?

You know it deserves the GOTY.

10$ per download. Wow
Seems that free to play with microtransations is the best deal model for mobile.
Poor Mario run. Could be much more profitable.

A pretty solid mobile game with good numbers, all in order.

The GO effect worked wonders for Sun/Moon
Hopefully there's a similar "Heroes effect" for Fire Emblem Switch.

I think Mario Run has more than 10 times the numbers of downloads(the free version), but only made like 60% or 70% of what this game made.Cant remember the exact numbers, but I kno there has been a news about 1 or 2 months ago detailing that.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

For the amount it must of costed to make, those are probably some pretty big profits.

I think we've found the future of Nintendo, a home console/handheld console hybrid and mobile to help fund Switch game development. I'm sure plenty of that money could be put to good use for the Switch HD Fire Emblem game.
