So? BoTW looks beautiful too.

Does it? Does it really?

BoTW looks decent, but it looks like it could easily run on a PS4.

Kingdom Hearts 3, as it is shown now, doesnt look like it could run on a Switch.

To get this running on a Switch there would need to be massive downgrades in graphics.

There is no doubt that the Playstation 4 could obliterate Breath of the Wild. Same goes for the Xbox One.

Kingdom Hearts 3... Bake the Shadowing and Lighting, decrease texture resolution (Switch users shouldn't notice it to much with that terrible screen.),720P... And ditch the Anti-Aliasing... And then I think the Switch has a chance.

The Switch needs to have more detailes baked, which takes development time, but is easier on the hardware. Worlds tend to look static and bland because of it though.

To be fair Kingdom Hearts 3 is not exactly impressive, and its using UE4 engine that is very scalable, Switch ofcourse supports UE4 engine.

The toy story graphics looked pretty on point (not quite movie levels, but close):

I think the game looks beautifull.

I see nothing special in these graphics.

See screen shots above.... they are obviously beyound what a Switch can do.

It looks beautiful, but beautiful and technically demanding are too different things. Anyways one of the things the Toy Story world reminds me of is Ribbon Road in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Sure it might not be just as demanding but it's still running 1080p 60fps, were we don't Kingdom Hearts 3 to run anywhere near, esspecially with the toned down graphics on top of that as well.

By the time they port the game. It will be long out. Not a lot of people are gonna bother getting it. There's still no excuse with the older games. That should be a no brainer.

Thankfully the texture style here wouldn't look terrible in lower resolutions.  Lots of smoother and uniform surfaces.  As for the lighting, well does Kingdom Hearts have a dynamic day night system?  Like actual passage of time?  If not, you could easily go the Xenoblade Chronicles X route and have shadows that never move and none wouls be the wiser.  And even if the day night cycle exists, wouldn't be the worst thing.  There's lots of ways to approach the optimization, with various pros and cons.  If SE does it, it will be interesting to look at what decisions they make.

Ew PS4 graphics. Looks like I'm gonna have to get it on a system with true power Xbox One X, because if it's not running in anything less than true 4k how can it be good?

Funny how even when the developers of the game (which is not any of you) say that they could possibly bring their game over to the Switch, you still try and lie and say it can't be done.
