Either way I'm looking forward to the final product, by then I'll have access to two types of MH games.

Monster Hunter? Don't like MH games so pass for me.

Yeah, PC is kinda a problem for me. I switched to Linux, that's why I came to console gaming in the first place. These days are much more Linux games, but Dauntless isn't announced for that yet.

Still, this looks kinda promising for MH-like gameplay. Many opportunities tomuck it up though. We'll see how it turns out, but I have now my eyes on it.

I won't be switching to Linux just yet, Games aren't all there yet and Valve really need to get to work with Steam OS.

If they do announce a Linux version, it likely won't be until a much later date, maybe even a year out. We get some Linux versions these days, but not entirely for everything let alone on time =/.

I'm honestly going for both. It's nice to have a mix and match between Western and japanese than just Japanese.

Especially Dauntless looks from the style more japanese than Monster Hunter in my opinion.
