Next month the Switch could take the lead however if the shipments get finally ramped up a bit

So wait, when are the numbers coming?



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Thanks. These last few months have been EVEN worse than usual with these releases.

At this point the Wii U has just as much of a chance to lead NPD sales as X1.

But in all seriousness, they are probably anticipating Splatoon 2 and decided to wait till July to go all out with Switch stock. June easily to me goes PS4, but July is when things get interesting, because from there on through the holidays the Switch seems to have a big game a month, and if handled correctly I think they can easily surpass 10 million and beyond.

I'll throw some out there

-Crash is the best selling game of June
-ARMS will chart in top 10
-HZD and Mass Effect fall off top 20
-Rest is usual suspects

Switch may top this month with the release of ARMS (and more units). Nintendo may have held some back for July. I'll ay Switch. PS4 could be up due to Crash

PS4: 382k, +63% y/y
Switch: 216k
XB1: 153k, -28% y/y

PS4 huge month. YTD is +13% over 2016
Switch rebound from May, more supply coming with Splatoon so should be ramping from here
Xbox poor, YTD -11% over 2016
