I'm worried about that 32/40 for Cars 3, the game looks terrible, how could it get such a high score ?

I know what the math is. You can multiply 34 & 40 by 2.5 to get the answer.

I however am not familiar with famitsu's system. I was wondering if metacritic scores are typically higher or lower than what famitsu would generally give. 

 

Edit: The Cars 3 review also had me concerned that their scores are typically higher than what we would give. The post about other layton games however proves it's a hit or miss i suppose
