Having access to a vast quantity of data unfortunately does not improve one's abilities to predict accurately. It certainly improves the potential for accurate predictions, but ultimately the determining factor is method of prediction. In that regard, Mr. Pacther still has a disadvantage. His rate of successful predictions reflects this.
