I must have played it post patch because I don't remember any drunken issues with Drake.

Have you played the modern Tomb Raider games? I don't like them as games but controls and combat are on point and make a game like Uncharted 3 look very bad. |
Never beated Tomb Raider but i did played it, and i also played some other TPS games like MGS V where the best part of the game was the gameplay, and none of them ever made me feel like UC was subpar or much less terrible compared to them.

It means that you have low standards.

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

LOL OK bro, whatever makes you feel better...

To be honest I never had any issues with the Uncharted games.....they all worked fine to me. As far as unplayable goes as some have said that is without a doubt the biggest stretch I have heard in a long time.....
The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

I had issues with all of the Uncharted games, but it's been about a year since I played U4, and longer for all the other games in the series. I'm probably looking back with rose-colored glasses, but the controls were never really what bothered me.
What bothered me were the painful bottlenecks all throughout the games, as well as how when you got spotted, you could never go back to stealth after using a Continue (U4 is different though).

I'm just stating a fact.

I do remember thinking the controls were off when I first played UC3, especially since they were pretty much perfect in UC2 but I think I played the game before they patched the controls.
