I like that Koei seems to be a bit more realistic about their sales expectations. It's not like any of their games have been massive hits, they must have just made back porting costs and made a small profit already. Hopefully the audience continues to grow!

Yeah, I wish more companies took this path; have reasonable sales expectations and budget accordingly.

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Super Mario Odyssey selling 2m in 3 days is pretty crazy. The expected sell-through numbers by the end of their FY are nuts too. Seems like whether its 14m or 16m Nintendo expects the Switch to easily outsell the Wii U in it's first full year.

Nintendo forcasts 16.74M by March 31st, 2018. If you assume that Jan-Mar is going to have the exact same shipments as this quarter (2.93M,) then that would be shipments of 13.81M by December 31st, 2017. Switch could outship and even outsell Wii U in its first calendar year.

Yeah exactly, makes the Wii U look especially pathetic in comparison. Poor thing will never catch a break.

Got a quick question regarding Mario Odyssey, going to use spoiler tag since it's end game stuff.

What's the deal with the moons you can buy in the shop after finishing the game? I just bought 20 moons and I'm still able to buy them, is there a limit? do they count toward the final? I want to 100% the game so it's kind of confusing...

Nintendo and PC gamer

My biggest problem that I was worried for in AC Pocket camp happened........ There is a limit on the amount of stuff you can put in your outdoor camp..... :( This really sucks

The limit to total moons is 999.  Achieving that gets you something. Don't know what myself, didn't want to know details :P.  So the limit to purchasable moons?  Not sure if it is per world or whatever, but I would assume it is equal to the total difference between 999 and the total numner of unique moons to ne found or earned in the game.
