The Pokemon Company doing what Nintendo should have been doing with their classic library on Switch years ago.

TPC I'm pretty sure has more power over the Pokemon IP hence why it took so long for a older Pokemon mainline title to come to Switch (and not in NSO).

I'm about to start Pokemon Scarlet on my Switch 2 - gonna get the DLC before I boot it up.

I'm still playing through Persona 5 Royal on my Switch OLED.

I'm saying, it's a much better game than the ones on the Switch right right now, for a third of their price. This isn't just my opinion, it's long been talked in the community about how the old games were so much better than everything after gen 5 (6 was the last generation I liked actually), just for every new game to keep selling dozens upon dozens of copies anyway, so this will be no different.

I recently did Pokémon Violet and am now playing Persona 3 Reload.

SW2 helps a lot to paper over the cracks with S/V. There's still some blatantly poor and unpolished areas but I had a good time with it. Also it doesn't give much direction on the order to do things so I had to look that up to avoid just barreling in to way higher level places lmao.
