Yeah… IDK if I’d trust on Jez. Not super credible. I have no doubt we’ll see CoD next year on NS2, but this rumor doesn’t change my expectations.

Regardless of if it’s BO7, Warzone, or the next main game in ‘26 - I also believe COD is on the way. Which would make it the first Call of Duty game on a Nintendo system
since Ghosts in 2013 on the Wii U and would be another major shift in 3rd parties further including Nintendo after Madden finally returned this year.
If and when COD appears on Switch 2, that would just leave GTA as the last major western 3rd party IP not on Nintendo.
I’ve heard rumors that GTA VI might find its way on Switch 2 including how the reason for the multiple delays in s that they want to release PC and Switch 2 versions to go along with the PS5 and XS versions.
I’m sure that’s the case for PC, but I doubt it’s valid for Switch 2.
However, just on the very small chance where that happens - That would be an absolute game changer. Because if GTA VI , somehow, someway, can be on Switch 2 AND play perfectly well on it. Then ANY game can.

The discounts for Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition displayed on Nintendo Switch 2 eShop in the Americas on December 22, 2025 were incorrect.

The situation is a result of an error we made when submitting the discount. We have…
Any purchase made under the incorrect price is going to be honoured.
Octopath 0 is really starting to click now, the 8 characters in battle makes you formation really count as who you swap in and who they tag out opens up deep set ups in dealing with battles.

Hopefully it's as scary as those games, at least.

Word of advice: If you’ve got some Switch games you don’t think you’ll be playing, hit up Facebook Marketplace and trade them.
Just scored Yoshi’s Woolly World & Astral Chain ($80 in value) in exchange for Dark Souls & SpongeBob ($50 in value that I would’ve given away for $30 combined lol).
Thanks to a discount, Cyberpunk 2077 is back to #1 on the Switch 2 eShop:
— Stealth (@Stealth40k) December 24, 2025
1) Cyberpunk 2077
2) Metroid Prime 4
3) Donkey Kong Bananza
4) Pokemon Legends Z-A
5) Hades II
6) Kirby Air Riders
7) Mario Kart World
8) Super Mario Party Jamboree Switch 2 Edition
9) Red Dead Redemption… pic.twitter.com/S8tokoDMVY
That mistake by CDPR returned CB2077 back to number 1, Prime 4 also seems to be grinding out a consistent performance.

Nintendo counted digital sales in their most recent earnings report, right?

Nintendo always counts digital sales in their earnings reports.
It's Circana, Famitsu, and all the monthly sales reports from other trackers that only count physical for their games.
