The only way I could see FE Warriors outselling HW is if Japan has a huge presence on sales, FE is a niche market as it stands now, especially in the U.S. so unless the game is truly that good and promoted well by Nintendo I'd be surprised if it sold more than 1.24 million, especially considering that there's already a decently crowded Fall lineup of games.
