Forums - Sony - Does the PS4 lack really good action adventure and shooters?

All the Assassins games have been dissapointing so far, Destiny was a dissapointment, Andromeda was a disspointment, The Division and Watch Dogs weren't what they were supposed to be.  Battlefield 4 was buggy as hell, Battlefront lacked content. The PS4 best games so far have been RPGs - Bloodbourne, The Witcher 3, Dragon Age, Horizon, etc.  The only two games that really delivered and were not RPG or Sports games were Uncharted 4 and Battlefield 1. And they came in the last 12 months. What were people not playing sports games or RPG playing in the 3 years prior. At least games like Battlefront 2, AC Origins, Spiderman, Detroit Became Human, God of War, Spiderman, Anthem, Red Redemption are coming in the next 18 months.

my recommendations are:

watch dogs 2

Rise of the Tomb Raider

Ratchet and clank

gravity rush 2

Mad Max

Assassin's Creed syndicate (the best AC after AC 2)

Sony is known for action adventure games and third person shooters these days. They have all of the multiplats as well.

Have no issues finding a game to play to fit my taste.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."
