Tetris 99.
The game was developed by Arika and published by Nintendo.
Arika normally make Dr Mario games for Nintendo.

It's an irritating edge case.  Developed by a third party (a breakaway of former Capcom employees), published by Nintendo.  Problem is, so were games like Octopath Traveler and Bayonetta - the latter of which was agreed to be third party before I inherited the thread.  Since the dev is clearly independent, I'm counting it as third party for now.
