This one is more surprising imo out of all the 3rd party games skipping Switch this year since it seems like usually Activision supports Nintendo consoles with at least Call of Duty, I mean even the Wii U got 2 Call of Duty games. And considering how well the Switch is selling right now I feel like Call of Duty WW2 could have sold well on it since there's not really any other first person shooters on Switch at the moment or the near future I think aside from Payday 2.

They both sold very low amounts though even games like Rayman outsold them.

While I'll agree that Nintendo fans had COD least on their minds when the presentation started, it is alarming that publishers aren't keeping the opportunity for ports open by being diplomatic.

I wonder if a few are beginning to feel burned by the fact that the Switch is really lighting up and they didn't bring anything of substance in the first year. Ubisoft has to be feeling pretty good about their situation right now.

True, which is why i'm not surprised a lot of 3rd party devs are taking the wait and see approach before fully supporting the Switch after seeing the huge failure of the Wii U so they wanna make sure the Switch will actually have a big enough install base for their games to sell well.

The Switch already looks like it's much better than that in terms of broad appeal to the masses since it's becoming a worldwide thing and the general public actually knows what it is and how some 3rd party games like Super Bomberman R are already successful on it. I was also in the middle of editing my comment when you responded and I added a few more points lol.

Would be cool if they ported Advanced Warfare. The PS360 version was good and it never came to Wii U.
