I saw the 40 min gameplay and the game has sold me.
I cannot stand by anymore to not buy and play this game.

Ok, on the topic of customization: I did not see an armor shop in the gameplay video HOWEVER there is a street that continues off screen at 39:12 of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfGk6VMcJsw&t=2167s
And we can see a shop that appears to sell or allow you to make augments and another that appears to sell jewelry/accessory equipment. There's also a general store/item shop next to it just off screen. So I would say that definitely points towards gear customization which, honestly, not shocked.

Actually, the augment shop is labeled as a blacksmith so maybe that is where you get your gear in general.

So I was looking at this screenshot and realized, we can see a new settlement here on the left across the canyon. So it looks like we'll have several cities with unique architecture and cultures. Also, love this landscape shot, looks awesome :)

Oh yes, it always comes down to "fanboism" if someone has a different opinion and taste than I do. Like that is the ultimate argument to shut everyone up, because they are wrong and not me.
