VR for me. I love the classics I have but I want to see forward not stay all day looking back. I like that MS is giving that option for those who want it but I kinda have to agree with what that one Sony guy said, along the lines of "who wants to play this now a days with all these new tech coming out?" There are more than enough games, across all platforms, that I don't have to rely on going back to play old games.

VR is complete garbage, BC by a country mile.

Fuck VR and BC, VR is not the future, it's really good for porn and cheap scares, that's about it.

Yeah, BC is the much better option!

That's not entirely true. BC can be the future too. I mean, you'll want to be able to play your favourite current games on future systems too... won't you?

Yes but if it comes down to choosing between old experiences vs new experiences I choose new.

Its new if you haven't played them.

Your argument is valid, but less people would say BC if VR had games they actually cared to play and wasn't $500.

BC on the other hand is hundreds of notable games and free the way MS is doing it.

Heavily dislike VR, so my choice is obvious.

Sounds a bit like the scorpio.

Anyway reading the vr gaf thread psvr owners feel psvr had a great e3. Personally I'd choose this new and innovative games over old ones I've already played and moved on from.

so basically forward people vs. backwards people, eh?

I'll take backwards compatibilite, please. In a lot of cases, VR still has problems with nausea, and I'm not sure there even exists any practical solution to those problems. The number of genres VR works well for is quite limited. To me, it seems like such a fundamental issue that I'm not too hopeful about VR, as interesting as it sounds.

Not quite, Scorpio will be the best way to play many popular games. PS VR is a tech demo extravaganza.

Wow, I don't care what gaf users think. I'm a Vita owner, I rather Sony focus on that and it has a bigger userbase.

I think even comparing BC and VR is dumb. But BC has great content, VR needs more.
