Combat looks really good, but damn those quick time events....
I seriously hope they aren't this frequent in the final game.

Also, something minor but, am I the only one who gets annoyed when characters talk in an action sequence? stuff like "that was close!", "goctha!", never feels natural

If it weren't Spider-man I would agree with you.  However, Spidey has always been talkative during his fights and such.  He uses comedy to mask his fear and such.

It looks sooooo good !! The best Spiderman-Game is coming, guys !! = )

But is it in true 4K...?

A little too scripted for my tastes. Don't really need to show off a bunch of quicktime events for me, but it looks like a good fun game

It looks incredible and I'll be all over this next year. A truly great exclusive to have.

Looks good, but just as some pleope pointed out, too many quicktime events, it looks odd. Hope it was only for the presentation, and not all the game will be the same.

Definitely the highlight of Sony's bland presentation. Even surpassed GOW and Lost Legacy. The entire sequence was great. I think this may be the first Spider-Man that's not hated more than loved.

PC GAMING: BEST GAMES. WORST CONTROLS

A mouse & keyboard are made for sending email and typing internet badassery. Not for playing video games!!!

The impression I got from the sequence is that it is either an opening or a "boss" fight situation.  I am really hoping for a bit of open world web slinging and mission selection.  If it is a linear quick-time event fest as the gameplay there showed for the entire game.... hype dead.

I think its an open world game, but with some missions being scripted/linear... exactly what I want from open world games. That way they can put in the uncharted type feeling into an openworld game.... perfect imho.

Making an indie game : Dead of Day!

It reminded me a lot of The Amazing Spider-Man game from 2012 (which was quite fun), just better.
