My prediction is rather small. But if you want horror why not go for a PS4 and PSVR it's a bit more expensive so make it a family gift, but its probably the ultimate horror experience.

RE7 should be one of the easier games to port to the Switch. Dropping it from 1080p/60fps to 720p/30fps immediately cuts down the resource gap dramatically, and from there it's just a matter of adjusting settings and working around any existing bottlenecks.

I don't think an RE7 port any time soon is actually likley, but it's technically possible.

Pretty much any game can run on the Switch it just takes effort, money and time. Most third party developers however don't want to spend to much money on bringing a port of an already released game towards the Switch. But RE8 might release on Switch at launch.
