How about people who love FFVII but hate every spin-off based on this precious game?

Wouldn't that be like you love Super Mario, but hates every other mario games that isn't a 2D platformer?

makes no sense. Crisis Core is different enough to be a complete new game all by itself.

how can you hate a spin-off like Crisis Core?

i think it's great! that we can once again descend to the world of Final Fantasy VII and this time play the story of Zack!

''Hadouken!''

and square has done a magnificant job to recreate the world and atmosphere of FFVII

I love the game and agree with all that you said.  The story gets a lot better, I actually think that playing the game knowing after playing FF7 is actually worse than playing the game w/o playing FF7.

The thing is that all throughout CC you know your character will die by the end of the game.  I started to really like Zack over the Emo Cloud that i liked in FF7.  Cloud in FF7 is my least fav character out of Zack, Cloud(in CC)  Cloud (in FF7) and Cloud(in AC).

But i love the game and think every RPG fan should play it because even the battle system is good.  Though i do not like the choosing of magic, attack, item, etc... but i think it is good for all the choices available.

What's the word on normal? I'm a F*ckin idiot and choose to start hard. Was normal easy like they said? Because I now know that the hard isn't just named "hard" for fun.

No i haven't, and i don't plan to as i can't stand such awful graphics.

I bet SE is hurting from what you said. :(

The normal and hard story part of the game is easy. The missions are where it gets hard. On normal you can beat all the missions relatively easily except maybe a couple of the last 6 missions (9-6-x). Hard is well hard on the missions and i well i enjoyed the game on normal and played on hard out of want to play the game some more with some more challenge to it.

They sound dumb.  If they haven't played the games, they have no basis on which to hate.
