Too many indies, not enough shown about crackdown 3, another forza, too expensive, no big Japan third party exclusives, lots of co op games not really my thing.

No new big first party franchises. Mostly what I got from the conference was "hey we now have the most powerful console play on our system please!"

Hopefully Sony and Nintendo's are better.

5/10.

No interesting games outside of the usual and everything else was timed with all games on PC too. Nothing unique to Xbox and MS has zero exclusive games anymore. This should have been a Windows 10 conference as this made W10 a better gaming OS. They failed to impress with Xbox X and the price is a mistake. Nothing showed the so called "unlimited powerrrrrrr" if XBX as they kept claiming. In the end it was a bad Xbox conference but a good Windows 10 conference. Playing original Xbox games was only a highlight because that's the only exclusive games on Xbox One now and they will probably go to W10 too. BC is not a reason to buy an Xbox though.

I rate it 499.99/10

That's nothing anyway. They've been getting dragon ball and dark souls games from bandai since the 360 days so I don't think his "japan visit" did anything at all.

about crackdown 3 - it;s your opinion. for me the game looks really good.

"So you get a Xbox One X, and the only exclusive that ll really show off its power, is Forza 7."

and what about multiplats?

Multiplats are made for the lowest common denominator.

They need to play and run well on everything, so the differnce between any one system wont be gigantic.

We ll see Digital foundry videos that show minor differnces between PS4pro & Xbox One X, at some point.

Differnces wont be that big, deminishing returns at higher resolutions from just bumping up the resolution.

Yes all thirdparty games will played better on xbonex.

I don't know why people keep saying this. Third party will be the same for obvious reasons but PS4 slim will still be where most people play anyway. XBX will not run games better than PS4 Pro and at $r99 it isn't worth it for games you can get on another platform anyway.

8/10.

I think it was the best MS conference ever. They tried to appeal to a broad audience rather than just gush Halo or gears of war.
Their first party strength still leaves alot to be desired though.

They had black desert online wich is more korean but i thought was a big surprise. I heard its super grindy but the combat is super fun.

It... wasn't very good, and that price kind of put a cherry on that. Then again, I'm not an Xbox owner, I can play the games via PC. So maybe it's a lot more hopeful for an Xbox console-only gamer.

Strangely enough, the thing I was let down by the most was Crackdown 3, since my expectations where low everywhere else.

Con: There was no megatons.

Pro: 499 is good.
