Secounded. Singleplayer is much more important than multiplayer to me.

Depends on the game. When a game had a singleplayer i do play it but i spend way more time in multiplayer.

topics like this make me happy I main on PC lol, anyway, phil spencer is awesome and nintendo recovered with the switch and the ps4 is on top with a really good start to the gen, everyone can co-excist and lets be happy they are not all trying to offer the excact same thing.

What about the games ms would have made with a new xbox console or the one after that? What about any new IPs? Sony tends to take a different approach to it's studios than microsoft does. Even if all of mircosoft's studios are bought by sony and kept intact, I doubt that they would have made the same games as ms would have. Sony would likely give them alot of creative freedom and I doubt those studios would want to keep making those games. 

I dissagree. There are plenty of options to play these online multiplayer games espacially on PC, not so much singleplayer anymore

Intel with no competition ruined the processor market for years until ryzen they where finally forced to get off their asses.
Nvidia is competing against themselves because AMD GPU's cannot keep up and its forced prices up.

Competition is usually amazing and also diversity is. Not everyone likes the games PS4 offers, sure most people do but backwards comp, gamepass, digital refunding and even things the ps4 now offers like External drive support and ps4 pro boost mode, would they have even happened with no pressure from microsoft?

The PS4 pro will proberbly go down in price when the scorpio launches, competition. 4k textures and support will increase because of the scorpio, digital foundry even made a video about this the scorpio isn't just good for gamers its good for ps4 pro owners.

Competition drives the prices, market and innovation with no competition you will just get the 2600k intel processor for 5 years with a small 10% increase and a huge bump in price the pc market has suffered it, microsoft is good for ps4 owners but some of them just want to hate the competition, why? I don't know ps4 seems pretty damn perfect trough their eyes and altough I love some of the games on it I prefer playing on everything myself.
