If Nintendo doesn't announce any big games, it will probably be Super Mario Odyssee.
This is not even a bias I have, not really hyped for Mario Odyssey as everyone else is but it'll most likely be Mario Odyssey...for Christ sake it's Mario.
Tough to say if we do not know all the contenders yet.
Super Mario Odyssey or God of War or maybe some big surprise announcement, like a new 3D Metroid.
Assuming nothing new gets announced.
Either Star Wars Battlefront 2 or Super Mario Odyssey.

#1? I'd have to go with Battlefront 2. Red Dead #2 (if it's shown).
The rest of the top: Destiny 2, Spider-Man, God of War, TLoU 2 (if they show a full gameplay or cinematic trailer), at least one Nintendo game, and if Crash charted high last year, I'd assume it will as well this year.
I think Mario Odyssey will take it, but just barely.
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
Probably Destiny 2 or Mario Odyssey.
