Delineation seems to be setting in fairly clearly -- Nintendo Switch is the Nintendo system for adult Nintendo fans.

2DS/3DS is for the kiddies.

It is very nice to have games coming out during the traditionally bone dry summer period.    I look forward to grabbing all 3 of these.

Good ad. Still not a fan of advertising motion, though.

Coulda waited until after E3 so they could add Mario Rabbids, but maybe they already know the game sucks. :L

IMO what Nintendo is trying to do is to keep momentum for Switch, and like you wrote summer is always dry period when consoles usually lose momentum.

These are also basically your Pokken and Splatoon 2 ads ... they're just the commercials for the three different games that have already been shot mashed together.

Looks good! I'll probably get a Switch with Splatoon and/or ARMS this summer.

As MUCH as I want to go on a Rabbid bashing, this commercial is really just highlightimg competitive games. Also Arms is the day after E3 and Splatoon not long after. It makes a lot of sense to showcase their competitve games offerings throughout the summer and beginning of fall

I think these are just the 1st party offerings from them. Seems like Rabbids is being left to Ubisoft from what it seems like.

Probably but they included Pokken Tournament which like Mario Rabbids is being made by a third party (BandaiNamco).
