"and what it means for game creators"
I hope it means native 4K in every game.
you think because scorpio is so powerful they will stagger the next xbox?
so PS5 will release a year or 2 before the next xbox? because scorpio is so strong it might be equal to ps5 or slightly less?
and it might be cheaper to make games for the scorpio if they delay the next xbox so might get more games too?
Really well done to work so much towards the developers and it looks and feels much better then the OG xbox and does a lot of things they should have originally done and lets hope this repairs their relationship a bit with third parties since PS4 did a lot of these things better originally

I highly doubt that the PS5 will release any sooner than 4 years from now. There is absolutly no pressure on Sony to release it any sooner and the way that the Pro and PS4 is selling why stall that money maker for no apparent advantage.

For the low low price of 499$ (2TB) :p
Pulls air in through the back and pushes it out the sides? So the exact opposite of how the PS4 cooling system works?
Taking the APU heat and pushing it out through the rest of the components doesn't seem like a smart design choice unless the APU really runs that cool or the air flow is very fast. Which puts into question how big is the fan and how loud is it? Maybe the retail unit will work the same way as PS4 instead?
Also interesting that they say the Scorpio front looks very different, yet the back looks very similar.
PS1 - ! - We must build a console that can alert our enemies.
PS2 - @- We must build a console that offers online living room gaming.
PS3 - #- We must build a console that’s powerful, social, costs and does everything.
PS4 - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.
PRO -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.
PS5 - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.
PRO -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
