LOL, OK thats all i needed to know.

You need to admit that you are acts like a rapturous baby and deny facts.

If you were actually playing both games, you would have seen that Platinum Games use in Nier:Two pretty much everything from Transformers: same menus layout, same weapons organization, same chips customization

It should be said that in the Transformers game the weapon system is way more advanced due to the fusing option.

I was actually refering to when you said that the game was average at best, and then you follow it by saying you are just stating facts, yeah i guess the vast majority of reviewers and absolutely everyone ive heard talk about this game is just completely wrong about how good it is...

But if you really wanna talk about gameplay then i must confess that i indeed havent played Transformers since i didnt heard great things about it, but anyway what i can say is that in NieR Automata there is more to it than just the Skill mecahnic, like the different Pods that you can upgrade to increase its capabilities and the pod programs / special attacks, but thats not even the most important thing... what separates this two games completely in terms of gameplay is that NieR shifts is gameplay a lot between the standard melee combat, a  2d type combat and 2 different versions of twin stick shooters.

That being said even if both games had 100% exactly the same gameplay at all times (which isnt the case and even if it were it wouldnt really bother me) , that still doesnt have anything to do with my reply to your comment.

Edit: I do wanna make it clear that i realize that this was just a missunderstanding since you thought i was talking about the gameplay, and that my first sentence in this comment is just explaining what i tought before realizing that.

The weapon system in Nier: Automata is the same exact system as the one in the original Nier. The chip customization is still different, because you literally allocate RAM to run software and upgrades. Parts of the UI use up the same chip space as "Ranged Attack Up".

Wonderful 101, another P* game did it way-way better with isometric-base element, strategic element, 2D sections, beat-em-up sections, stick shooter sections, boxing sections, driving and flying sections, etc.

You started a thread with following words "The gameplay aside from feeling great is also enhanced thanks to the the skill system, which makes it the most flexible character action game i have played". You really should try to play more actually good P* games, because NieR2  invented nothing: everything was already fully implemented in other projects with better combat and better bossfights.

I can rephrase myself if you like: "NieR2 is mediocre P* game".

Played the prologue for 40 min last night and wasn't impressed. Its poor game design led to having to make a choice to replay 40 min of underwhelming gameplay and graphics or to not play it again. I happily chose the latter. Will be trading it in tomorrow.

I never said that NieR Automata invented any of those things i was just talking about how good it implements them... but hey thanks for trying to prolong this needless disscussion, if in your opinion other games did those things better then im cool with it but again that had nothing to do with my reply to your comment, it was about me disagreeing with your view on the overall quality of the game (which obviously includes a lot of other stuff like story, writting, level design, charaters, soundtrack etc).

Edit: but i guess since your opinions are factually objective and correct then maybe all those other things are just trash, or maybe you will say they dont matter because some games may have had a better story, some other games may have had better characters and or writting and so on, but if you dont have opinions like the rest of the world and everything you say is by default a objective correct fact then i guess there is no point in even arguing.

Basically you died so you're pouting. Then yep, this game isn't for you. Or you should try the "auto-play" difficulty level.

I think the game is easy enough to not die even once tbh. You actually have an almost endless quantity of healing items too. They're truly cheap. I saw some complains about difficulty before, and I think it was a very accesible experience in general.

I saw Angry Joe playing, it felt like Devil May Cry or Vanquish to me. Looks cool.
