I would love to see a new Prince of Persia. I feel with the return of 3D Platformers, it would be a good series to kind of bring back. Sadly, I feel like since Assassin's Creed came out, Ubisoft has put PoP on the back burner.

They could always make a Prince of Persia HD Collection Remaster (did they do that on the PS360 already?). I don't think it could take that much time, and as a package it could have a ton of value.

You know it deserves the GOTY.
