Trump claims with that 110b$ they can create more than a million jobs, boost the US economy and all that jazz. It's just bizarre to hear all that because Saudia Arabia has been in trouble economically ever since oil prices dropped and people had a lot trouble finding jobs.

From what I can gather about what trump said, that unlike the gulf war, they won't send American troops after they get compensation from Sudia Arabia and other gulf countries. They'll let Suadi Arabia fight it's own war by selling them the weapons and allow them to protect their interests in the region without direct intervention.

Let's see how that turns out.
