Oh you must be one of those touchy Nintendo peeps that thinks everything said about Nintendo that's not glowing praise is a diss on them.

 

I simply pointed out how now we started getting numbers from them again.... And I personally find it funny (literally funny) when any company (not just nintendo) does what Nintendo is doing now or what ND tends to do. But that's another matter.

  • The NES Classic outsold all Hardware except the Switch
  • Hardware sales up 37% to $195 million
  • Software (digital and physical) sales up 6% to $304 million
  • PC software sales fell 57% to $11 million
  • Iindustry sales up 10% to $636 million
  • Persona 5 experienced the strongest debut month for any title in Persona franchise history, with packaged dollar sales five times that of the previous best-selling debut, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4
  • Year-to-date, the top two games in dollar sales are Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands, the best-selling game of 2017 through April, and Ubisoft's new IP, For Honor, which has held the second spot through April
  • As of this month, Sony and Microsoft's digital sale numbers are included in the charts

Let's go Persona and Nier! Weird that MK8D doesn't include digital sales, even though we know them.

Edit: Woah, Sony and MS digital sales included? That's awesome. Almost all the big guys are in now?

Lol at NES Classic being #2. I wonder if that is included in the 696k hardware total... Doubt it.
