Negerboller (in danish) (translations would be black bun, or nigro (sp?) bun? I guess).
Today its considered politically incorrect to call them such though, and we instead call the Whipcream buns (flødeboller).

Their typically made with Cake left-overs/crumbs from other pastires at the bakers.
You blend it, mix it with marmalade, Coco, rum & rum essense, melted chocolate & whipcream (small amounts), form the balls and roll them in the toppings.
Put them in the fridge for a few hours. Serve them cold.

You wont get fat eating them once a week, hell some people eat them everyday. If you exercise enough no problen :P
Btw, Japanese kitkats are da best, kitkat macha is awesome! Shame they only come in small sizes, as an environmentalist one thing I dislike about Japanese snacks is the plastic waste.
