I translateted 1:1. I ve no idea what they re called outside of germany. It seems they re not as common as i thought

Negerboller (in danish)  (translations would be black bun, or nigro (sp?) bun? I guess).

Today its considered politically incorrect to call them such though, and we instead call the Whipcream buns  (flødeboller).
