Their typically made with Cake left-overs/crumbs from other pastires at the bakers.
You blend it, mix it with marmalade, Coco, rum & rum essense, melted chocolate & whipcream (small amounts), form the balls and roll them in the toppings.
Put them in the fridge for a few hours. Serve them cold.
