Forums - Nintendo - For Switch demos, just search "demo" in the eShop

WTF! Even without the demo? That's a big loophole to have.

Oh, that's a good point. I had downloaded the demo to check out the game. The demo convinced me, so I gave the DLC download a go out of curiosity, then purchased the game afterwards.

Further testing is required. Somebody who has yet to download the Blaster Master Zero demo has to go for the DLC first.

Would make sense for it to be independent of the demo, or did it unlock the mode/character in the demo itself?

How many demos are available?

Can you not view all games? Games are going missing lol that's kinda bad really

Blaster Master Zero's great btw. It's like Megaman with a Batmobile.

I have Blaster Master: Blasting Again for the PS1, I enjoyed playing it as a kid. However, I never played the NES game, and Zero looks to not have a physical release unfortunately.

It's actually kinda sad that this is still better than when the 3DS launched. I remember buying it at launch and thinking there was a problem with its internet connection, only to find out that there wasn't an eShop yet >.

On one side, you'd think that all those kinks and shortcomings will be fixed one day.

But frankly, so many dumb decisions and omissions never got fixed with the 3ds and WiiU, that I just can't be sure of anything right now.

I'll start downloading them soon

Which are you getting?

If I have enough space for all of them then I might as well download all of them.

Pocky Lover Boy!

Demos are small, you should be able to download them all.
You can also make a JP account and download the extra JP demos (Dragon Quest Heroes I&II and Spelunker).

Funny you mentioned it, a few started dropping from the recent releases, but Nintendo just added a "View All" link.
Apparently you could have used the "Search Filters" to view them all.

The Switch eShop added in the ability to save credit card information last night. As it turns out, this wasn’t the only change.

The “Recent Releases” now features a “View All” button at the end of the page. Clicking on it presents all games sorted from new to old. You can also set the price range, view the best sellers, and arrange things from old to new.

What’s interesting about this is that it’s not entirely new. You could actually do it before, but the issue was that not many Switch owners knew about it. Basically, by going to the search area and then clicking “Search Filters”, the same page as the “View All” page pops up. So it may be somewhat of a minor addition, but something that will definitely go a long way.

In the end there was no need of the demo, plus it made it out to reddit.
I wonder if the other websites will pick it up too.
Expect it to be fixed soon?
