That is the most flamboyant joker I have ever seen. The designs for this game are terrible. Superman looks like the night shift manager at Burger King.
What is wrong with Joker being a clown? Why does every depiction of him last few years have to be so edgy? Hey look he rapes now. Hey look he wore his severed face! Oh look he is damaged..you can tell by the tattoos in SS! Now he is Emo even if Emo is not a thing anymore he still is here. Why is Joker now allowed to be a clown anymore? They afraid people take him less seriously? He is not supposed to be taken seriously. He's a clown who is psychotic. What is with the fucking insistence to make him NOT a clown?!

I never understood why people like Joker from Dark Knight. Its a neat character I guess but it ain't the Joker. Oh well, atleast the Arkham games nailed it.

There's nothing wrong with Joker being a clown, but from the image in the OP he looks like a teen-vampire from twilight.
