Actually, if you went through a famous thread in here where I wasted way too much time on some idiot with insane predictions, you'd see that I knew more about Nintendo's business than they did themselves during the 8th gen... It's no huge secret that they've been constantly making massive mistakes now for many years.

Edit; I'm not saying the Switch is a massive mistake, mind you. My point is that the tired old "Nintendo know what they're doing" is an extremely easy statement to shoot down with very recent and less recent events in mind.

Sells out within hours of getting new stock here in the U.K. Perhaps you'd like to share your info with us about this mythical place that has an abundance of Switch stock then?

Yesterday, amazon was selling his new NS stock (MK8 allocation), it was a massive number of NS units, guess what it was sold out in just 1 hour, so please tell me where are this place where the NS is in  the shelves for anybody who needs one, i need one, and i can't find it, and i was too late on amazon yesterday, so no lucky... again :(

Mummel thinks that because Wii U sold out for the first week or two that it's the same as the Switch selling out for the 2 months (he's ignoring the fact Switch has already sold in 1 month nearly what Wii U did in the entire first year).   And he seems to think the PS3 and X360 were also selling out for that long as Switch (they weren't).

Rigth now i'm just waiting for some moment in the future where you can get the NS without problems, maybe 2018?

Not sure what you're referring to? The bundle that comes with games and accessories? The other links for other countries are retail prices for those countries.

Not a single one of those was retail price. I bought mine for €300 at launch. Although the store I bought it at now raised the price to €320 because it's selling so well (a big chain of stores here)

And a couple of your links list the Switch as sold out btw (the Canadian Amazon one for instance).

You're telling me the UK Nintendo store is selling Switches above retail? Ouch.

As for canadian amazon, they were available when I posted that link. Ohh well.

Or not. I still believe they're making a huge mistakes with yet another 3DS line revision amidst the Switch launch period.

If Nintendo plays their cards right with the 2DS XL then it'll be another GBA Micro, being that more of a collectors item in the long run that makes them a nice little profit and bolsters the back-end of the generation. And the GBA Micro was no problem against the DS.
