Mate, college/uni is very fun and therefore a therapy in itself.

Yes, I'm single. I don't think I've ever flirted in my life.
I have depression and high anxiety. For me it's the simple things; video games, maybe a movie/tv show, or metal music. But that just what works for me.

Bro, this you have to do.
Exercise helps me a lot. When I am miserable or anxious, I nearly always feel better after running a few laps around the block or banging out a set of pushups. It releases endorphins that relieve stress.
For me, when I was going through a very dark phase in my life in my senior year of high school, I found listening to encouraging, inspirational music (didn't matter which genre) was helpful.
Other things that were helpful were video games (of course) and discovering a guy who is now my absolute favorite Let's Player/Reviewer/Content Provider/etc. on YouTube: Somecallmejohnny https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg83RGdRpwfvoFEuE2zWKZA
Plus his various other channels and his two other channels The Super Gaming Bros. and BrainScratchComms.

I honest to God don't think I'd be here today if it weren't for these guys giving me something to look forward to in my day, providing one of the few (at times the ONLY) bright light during my dark and depressing day, and seeing Johnny's pride and fun with what he does related to something we both share a joy and passion for: gaming, giving me the positivity and courage to keep going and overcoming my anxiety and depression at that time.

Something that really helps me is doing things that are relatively difficult, but that I know I can do it. Nailing twenty consecutive free throws, running (or jogging) for 10 kilometers, beating a very difficult part of a videogame, cooking a very tricky but tasty dish... I don't know, it can be many things. Everyone should be able to find some for himself.
But as others have said, the best way to deal with low morale or depression is to hang out with your closest friends. They will understand you and will cheer you up. Heck, only by doing fun stuff with them you will feel better xD
The worst thing you can do is close yourself in a room without any human contact and do nothing. It may help for a bit being alone and think what went wrong. But if you spent too much time like that... You'll end up a lot worse.
