Forums - Gaming - Games you want Microsoft to make for Scorpio!

In anticipation of da Scorpio, these are my most wanted games on Xbox, I think these titles would do really well compared to the early years of the 360, word of mouth is bigger in 2017 and due to social media people are more aware of the good games.

-Conker sequel

-Banjo 3, by Playtonic, with a bigger budget and better engine they can make a great game

-Perfect Dark by 343, give them some time off from Halo and let them work on this neglected shooter franchise

-Lost Odyssey 2, in a world where Nier Automata and Persona 5 are selling millions this won't go as unnoticed as in 2008, and now that it'll be on PC it will do even better

-Halo RPG! By Obsidian! Halo needs some fresh new ideas and I think making an rpg spinoff is a good way to do it.

-Gears of War survival horror spinoff where u dont play as a human tank but a vulnerable civilian escaping the locust, call it Horrors of War

So that's 2 (differing) 3D platformers, 1 shooter thats not Halo, a Western and Japanese RPG and a surival horror game, a diverse line up covering many beloved genres. I think with these MS could legit make a comeback and win the hardcore back. It's worth noting these are the genres MS exclusives were mostly in between 2005-2008, the best years of the 360.

Can MS ever take risks again or will they just regress further to just Halo/Forza/Gears trinity?

Will MS rejuvenate Xbox with some new 1st party games, or do they just release hardware and hope better looking multiplats will sell the system for them?

Fable 1, 2, and 3 remakes, modernizing them.
And Fable 4 obviously.

*Titus laugh* HA-HA-HA

Fable Reboot
Alan Wake 2 or Quantum Break 2
Sunset Overdrive 2
Kameo Reboot
Perfect Dark Reboot

Forza Horizon 4 (gonna happen)

Also would be nice if they did something with Blue dragon or Lost Oddesey but since I own all consoles I am perfectly fine with the Scorpio being a western-best version machine and having the PS4 for japanese games ^:)

Shouldn't that be "Games you want Microsoft to buy for Scorpio" ?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

- Brute Force 2 (this will never happen lol, I must be the only one in North America who liked this game... Possibly on the entire planet...)
- Halo RPG is a great idea (if it is a KOTOR like game or in the Horizon way)
- A new Fable obviously
- A new Steel Battalion with an adapter so I can re-use my controller :)

1st Party : 3D Platformer, Kart-Racer, RPG (Fable reboot?)

I feel like Scalebound could still be alive (but I'm likely wrong). I mean MS owns it and a lot was done. Just put it in the hands of a more competent developer... like Rare.

The remake of Phantom Dust should have never existed. Few played the original, it was a critical success, rereleasing that should have been the original goal. The remake could have sucked, it could have been a Tony Hawk HD situation.
