Given the line up the PS4 has already had I won't be surprised if God of War gets pushed to March 2018 to giv eit its own spotlight like Horizon got this year.

GoW won't be pushed to March 2018, it will probably come out then though. I saw it won't be pushed because it hasn't gotten a release window or date yet.

Right now Sony have Crash and Wipeout in the summer.
If Spiderman was coming this year, it would be alongisde GT Sport and at least one of Days Gone and Detroit (my guess)
Maybe Spidey in September, GT in October, and one of the others December? They shouldn't release anything in November
Not good news, imo.
We have not seen anything in regards to this game besides some small quick cgi clip. It feels like this guy or some other corporate head is pushing the game out this year to match with the movie for Monetary reasons, and thus will be rushed.

Has Insomniac failed to deliver at least solid games? I'd be surprised if it was rushed out unfinished.

U just need to keep up with news and be upto date, Insomniac has confirmed multiple time the trailer was running on PS4 in real time with in-engine cutsecens and gameplay, also I guess u were too busy but PS4 Pro event showed game running on a pro.
But just to make you feel better even sunset overdrive was announced with a "CGI" Clip in 2013 and with gameplay revealed next e3 2014 following with the release the same year. And SM is from the same team who made SO.. hope this helps
