Yeah, I'd say that minorities are the ones who are usually scapegoated. Just look at the Syrian refugees in Europe and the illegal immigrants in the United States.

My point overall is that people who blame others for thier own personal failures dont do well in life.
Whether they are black, trump supporters or anyone. This women seems to throw the race card whenever she feels slighted.
